Hello my name is divay kumar, i am doing my B-TECH from maharaja agrasen institute of technology, Indraprastha University, New delhi

its my first year

i am preparing for some entrances exams again thought i have have taken admission into MAIT, i am doing preperation for entrances and... as well as doing b-tech.

if everything happens good, i will get my desired colege and den i will be changing my college and i will again do my 1st year in my desired college.

its aprill now and our colege will close in june july

and that entrance exam college will have councilling in june

problem is that i want to withdraw my origional Xth and XII class certificated from college as thay had taken them when i got admited into this colege.

problem is that they are not giving my certificates untill i give them full fee of about a lakh for my next year though its not sure from my side that i will be continuing my studies in the same colege.

if i will not study in that college why will i have to pay the fees...?

and if i dont pay fee they wont give my certificates which i will need at the time of my counciling at time when i will go to thet entrance exam college wich i am giving test for dis year.

its a kind of blackmail...

colege take Xth and XII certificates just to verify that student has passed both standards with sufficciant percentage... they have no use of certificates now... i know that...

what should i do...???
