Dear Sir/Madam,

I had taken a subscription of your paper for 2 years in my name at the above address. I had received the

copouns of Scheme 150 for only 1 year. It was mentioned in the booklet that I shall receive the coupons

for next year before completion of the first year. I have already paid the full subscription charge of Rs.150.

I have still not received the coupons and the vendor is now refusing to send the paper. Please send

the coupons or let me know the status of my subscription so that I can proceed accordingly.

Please forward this message to the concerned department if it doesnt come under your department.
