Election Duty for Temporary Private shcool teache

My Wife has got Election Duty letter from her School which is a Non aided Private School and she is working as a temporary Asst. teacher. She has been assigned Election duty and has been threatened with FIR and jail if she does not report for training & duty. Please help.
