Eceiving bill

I have usb internet connection & for that no.is 9881000464.for last month i dont receive my bill statement.so how can i pay bill in time? if let fee charges are get added in my bill how i am liable to pay let fees? who is going to bare these charges.can i expect timelly delevery & receiving of my bill?

maruti auto card (citibank) use to sms bill amt on my cell no.9860092756 or 9325476614 in time which helps me bill payment in time (rather prior to receiving bill statement by courior on resi.address).

can i expect atleast this much cooperation from IDEA people?
