Excessive bil from last 1 year

This is regarding the excessive bill that I have been getting from last one year. With very less usage of electricity, a first last year, the bill amounted to Rs50, 000 to Rs 5, 000 . Now also it has amounted to Rs1750 for no much usage. I am a lower middle class person not using anything besides fan and 2 tubelights, I live in a chawl and cant effort to sheel out so muh money everytime. Complaints done to MSEB regularly are overlooked with no action taken by them. Therefore i please request you to look into the matter.
