Highly Irresponsible Department, Ridiculous bill systems

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is the high time that we are fed up MSEDC Ltd.

I am a resident of Bhujbal Niwas, J.N. Raod, Mulund - West, Mumbai -400080.

Despite of several requests and follow ups there is no response from the department that why the hell do we get such bill amount

My area is only 200 sq feet, where we have 2 lights and 2 fans how can the bill amount be Rs. 3460/-

If the services provided by the government department is this what should the consumer do???

The bearaucrats of the department use highly unparliamentry langauge and threaten us of disconnecting the electricity connection if the bill is not paid!!!

What sholud we do??? when will we receive the rights of the consumer???
