Load shading without Information

My Name is Rajesh Arte, staying in Vartak Nagar, Thane (W), Customer No. 000011622976. Today is 8th May 09, the power has been terminated by MSED without information. There is no prior information or notice published by MSED for the same. After inquiring with Vartak Nagar Office, I have been informed that there is a shutdown for maintenance and power will be restored by 6pm. There is not prior information given for such a shutdown which is against the consumer right. This is also illegal as MSED is collecting extra charge for Zero Load shading in Thane. The approved Load shading time table is given below for your reference:

Morning : 7:30 to 9:15am

After Noon: 1:30 to 3:30pm

The unplanned shutdown is not part of regular load shading and overriding the right of all Legitimate customers. Please take a note of it, and help.
