Cockroaches infested

I was travelling from Kolhapur to Mumbai by bus no. MH 07 C7261 on Wednesday 9.8.11 evening.

The bus was Kolhapur to Arnala via Sion --Borivali.

When the bus halted at Karad depot, cockroaches were spotted on windows & seats all over.

again after the bus started these cockroaches all vanished in their respective hidings. It was really a

horrible experience to have cockroaches all around & over you. This observation was wherever the bus halted.

It is not that St is subsidising our journey due to which they are not in a financial position to even do pest control in their buses.

I would definitely like to know if they really entertain thier consumers requests.
