Non receipt of balance leave salary after retirement

I was a servant of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, AHMEDNAGAR. I retired from services on 31/05. After retirement I got all dues from the corporation except the LEAVE BALANCE OF daily wages period i.e. from June 1972 to Nov1973 that leave balance is about 55 days. Even after giving written application and several verbal requests I have not received yet the payment.

AS PER RULES OF CORPN I AM LIABLE FOR THIS LEAVE SALARY AND I AM NOT GETTING IT.
