Abuse of electicity

Dear sir /madam

i'm a citizen of India n native of Maharashtra in Nagpur.

it pains me to see that the street lights are on in the day time as well in my locality!

i did complained to local area office but they told me it was not their job?

it is not in my locality but also i have seen in other locality the street lights are on.

on the one hand in my city there is 5 hours a day load shading and on other hand what a waste of electricity n nobody ready to take responsibility!?

sir / madam plz do the needful as soon as possible n save electricity save marathi manus from misery!
