I am resident of vasai west near philips complex. my wife has boarded shahar bus from st augustine's school stop to philips complex bus stop on dated 13th june in the morning by 8.00 A.M. she has taken a ticket of Rs. 8 and given Rs.100. to the bus conductor . name is pushpa .k.jadhav. due to no change of Rs. 100. was directed to collect balance amt. from bus depot. when we contected to station Road bus depot. was told that we are not aware of new conductor we hav to check or u come after two days. again we went there. we got the same answer. and you can collect from vasai gaon bus depot controll dept. we rushed to vasai gaon depot depot . was told that conductor's duty time is .8.00. A.M to 12.00 P.M and was absent today so u com on next day. again i went there i was told that she has not on duty and not deposited any amt to the cashier. or further you don't make any call or contect us. my requset is that its harresment to the people . i have lost peace of mind by such reply. i hav already spend Rs. 100. on travelling to station and vasai gaon. thats also for Rs.92. all iresponsible people are working in depot. whom we should ask for? ITS NOT THE QUESTION OF RS.92. BUT QUESTION OF SERVICE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM.
