Misuse of pay due to wrong information given by coustermer care

Respected Sir/Mam,

myself deepak having a connection (9005515872) at lucknow UP... sir i am facing a problem since last 11 days that i have talked to c care regarding STD packs and he told me about 99rs pack in which we get 85 min... i recharged that tariff and it was successfully recharged but i didn't get STD minutes...

i called to c care and complained regarding this... they make me fool and just kutting the time till lastsunday and now they are telling me that 99rs recharged is now lifetime validity recharge but when i asked c care regarding this (12-1-09) he told me it is STD pack...

sir my sim card having life time validity already then y will i rechaged for life time now the c cares are not helping me and making me fool regularly...

i am a regular user of AIRTEL my previous no of air tel was from state of maharasta...

still the c cares not helping me ..

sir i am requesting you to plz help me... I have lost my 100 rs plz help me sir...
