This is regarding Mahaveer Dazzle project of Reddy Structures. Below i have listed all the bad practices of them:

1) I have seen that they never give the quality that they promise. The construction quality is too bad. The marbles that they put has cracked and even the wall of the rooms have started getting cracks. The door lock handles has also come out in 3-4 months.

2) The common amenities that they promise in the beginning are not not provided as per the brochure and in the construction phase, they make lot of changes without even consulting the flat purchasers.

3) Here in Dazzle project, the builder has even given the small project area to the land owner to construct his own shop. This way they cheat the occupants.

4) The behavior of management is also very rude. Some of the people even talk very abusive.

5) They decrease the rates of material that they tell in the beginning to be rebated out of the cost of flat when you will pay the final price in the end for the modification.
