Poor fuel economy, worst engine noise

I had a skoda octavia rider April till now we had completed four services at your authorised workshop (Mahavir Auto Vishakhapatnam). In evey service we informed about very poor fuel economy and engine noise, but the complaint was not rectified yet. I had total four skoda vehicles within my family, if my complaint couldnt be rectified by you, i will sell all my vehicles of skoda.
