LR not received in time

Dear Sir,

One letter was booked in Baroda (Gujrat) on 17.02.10 Wide consignment no 273223314.Till 11:00 Am we have not received that letter after confirmation in your office in Pimpri (Nehrunagar) it was found it is lying in your man's house we called him & told to bring in your office then we have send our man & collected from your office.

On internet it was showing that the same has been received in Pimpri office on 19.02.10.

Due to this we had very much Prodn loss (because in that letter was Transporter LR copy) without LR Transporter was not giving matl & mental Harreshment from our customer.

Due to this we had loss of Rs 5000.00 Pl check at your end & confirm.
