Amount not recieved from ATM

Dear Team

My self Sharad Swarnkar & I have a saving A/c in Gomti Nagar Branch-Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) ie.20014385054.On 8th Oct09 i tried to withdraw Rs15000 from ICICI Bank Ltd ATM at Goal Market Nishatgunj in Lucknow but due to some reason amount is debited from my A/c but it has been not recieved by me the same. As per custmor care & Branch i have complain regarding this on the same day but still i did not get my debited amount.

Kindly do the needfull for my refund as i need this amount for some personal expences on urgent basis.
