Bed Bugs in the Bus

I would like to share my terrible experience on board on my way to Belgaum & Hubli. There are bed bugs in the bus, when i did complain to the driver, conductor & the booking agent about the same, they defended back stating that they have sprayed insecticide / repellent in the bus & there are no bugs any longer. But the bed bugs still exist in the bus. If some concerned authority is reading this message, please take some action.
