Bed bugs in the bus - Horrible

This complaint is about Mahesh Travels (under Manish Tours and Travels), who conducts bus transportation between Bangalore to Kolphapur, Maharashtra and vice- versa.

This is fourth time, I am facing this problem of BED BUGS. It is such a sad story.

Every time I travel in this bus, I have fallen ILL for 3 days after Bed bugs bite.

I have complained several times to them and they dont bother to take this issue with management of that company. They simply say, its only me who complains about this and push the matter under the mat.

It is such a pity that this continues again and again. Just imagine about the plight of small kids who travels in this bus.

I expect good service from them who sholuld take care of well being of passengers during the travel, because I pay good amount of money (Rs 430- one side).

Please look into this issue ASAP and hope this problem gets resolved at its root.
