Non receipt of provident fund amount after submission of Form19 & 10C

After leaving the service I have already submitted form no 19 and 10C for withdrawl of my P.F.amount on 14.07.2008 to your pffice at Karunamoyee, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

The P.F. amount is yet to be setteled by your office after lapse of more than 1 and 1/2 month. If they have returned the document to my previous employer they have to follow up with them. Plaese you are requested to avoid in delaying in settlement.
