HIGH SERVICE CHARGES AND INTEREST CHARGED IN CURRENT A/C

We have c/a in gonda branch (oo84) no.11188987668 the bank charged interest in the month of october and november for Rs 6985/- & 4706/- without any over draft in account and bank has charged bctt two times on the same amont of cash withdrawl on dated 26-06 of Rs 380000.00 & Rs 300000.00 on dated 27-06 and again on dated 01-07 with the same amount of Rs 680/-

There is one major problem in account that they have no any fixed service charges on the transactions i.e, they charged twice the intercity charges on the same amount transfered in the account one by the name of intercity charges & other by the name of debit for fees .and for this we have contacted the branch manager many times but they replies that this is done by the system and we can not do any thing for this.

this is not done in any single entry but in every entry in the account and for this you can check the account .so i request you to please help in removing these discrepencies in the acount and please provide us the detail of service charges for current accounts
