Dear sir,
I own a mahindra bolero slx with no KL-25 8777. We purchased the vehicle in dec and still my vehicle is in the warranty period. We the whole family was traveling from Kochi to our home town on 07/08. On the way the vehicle was stopped at Kayamkulam (some 40 km away from Kollam) in the midnight 1 am. Next morning itself we informed TVS Kollam about the damage but there was no proper response. On late after noon we called the customer care for proper service and our complaint was registered with ref no IHO8/0039. Only by 5 pm the vehicle was taken by the TVS people. Till that time two of us were staying along with the vehicle.
When informed about the damage they asked us to make arrangements to shift the vehicle to Kollam service station. After that we informed the customer care and asked for help. The vehicle has covered only 50000 kms and is used only for family trips. Now they say that the clutch of the vehicle is damaged and the replacement cost is Rs.7000/-. Sir the vehicle is properly serviced as and when it is due and even minor repairs are done at the Kollam showroom itself, this can be evidenced from the service book. Two months back the vehicle was repaired in that service station itself for some damage and it was paid by us. What we feel is they are not properly monitoring the vehicle during services.
We request your attention in this matter and please help us to avoid the additional cost incurred.
