Hi,

I purchased on Scorpio VLX in March and was having problem with Audio system for a long while. In September I registered a problem during the service call, but did not get it right.

Later, I went to show room (Oct) and asked it to be readied/replaced. Even after 2 weeks, when it didn't come back and when I made noise about it, they installed another one till mine comes back. This system caused serious problems to power management and my battery started getting drained (I noticed later that the system continued to draw power even when the vehicle is switched-off). This system went for repair and returned 4 times, but my problem is not yet solved.

Running the most expensive scorpio on sale without audio system for more than 6 months and strangely, very little action from the dealer...
