Credit card is not being cancled

In the month of June i had cleared all dues belongs to my credit card sum of Rs.29025/- from that day status of card is blocked & i had requested to close or cancle the card.

Till date there is no cancellation received & this month i have received message on cell i.e. total out standing is Rs.2926.79/-

Please do the needful.
