COMPLAINT MAIL FOR VEHICLE NO. MP09SH9866

Dear sir

I bought a KINE by Mahindra on 08th October in name of Mr. Gaurav Jain from Mehta Automobiles Pvt Ltd Gita Bhawan Showroom, Indore (M.P.).

But since we bought it we are facing the petrol leakage problem in this model. This vehicle is undergone with five services from Mehta Automobiles, But still the same problem persists. Now one more problem with this vehicle is that it is not starting, This model is also having the pick up problem. We have given this to Mehta motors Gita Bhavan for a week and they have returned the vehicle stating that "You can complaint in consumer form as vehicle is ok at our end". They have also provided the consumer forum address to us.

So kindly look into the above matter and give a solution to this problem as the vehicle is under warranty period. Now we want our hard earned maney back from Mahindra Two Wheelers.
