Unfair trade practices

I purchased one Mahindra Bolero Plus on 08th of August' Still my vehicle is in the warranty period. As per the policy of the company i went for all the Free services periodically after every 5000 kms. but after that i did not went for any paid services in their service centres. now from few days i am getting problem in my gearbox while changing the mode from 2nd to 3rd. After repeated verbal requests they are not paying attention to my complaint. they are telling me that why you not came for the paid services to us. Now tell me is it feasible that i should go for all the paid services which is too higher in comparison to the market. it is totally unfair trade practicse. no body can compel any consumer that why you are not bringing your vehicle for any washing, cleaning, or any minor servicing. This is totally a unfair trade practicse.
