Non refund of money

I took the club membership on 31/12/07 but due to urgent need of funds cancelled the membership on 05/01/08 by sending a fax to your delhi office and i also recieved a call and i confirmed the same but its been six months now and i have not recieved the money yet, and to top that all ms isha from your delhi office says she did not recieve the fax. i have written to mr. gulvender singh also and he gave me the assurance that the money will be refunded but nothing has happened. this is mot how you should deal with people and not with faujis specially.
