Dear Sir,

SUB: Submission of PF claim forms

Ref: PF NO: KN/18357/929

With reference to the above, I kindly inform to you that, I had been relived from sindhu cargo services LTD on 31.11.2007 from cochin Airport office and also had been submitted all PF documents on 10.04.2008 to sindhu cargo, which had been submitted in PF office on 26th may by Sindhu cargo services ltd. Still I have not received any feedback from PF office since I was applied.

I here by attaching the PF submission letter from sindhu cargo services Ltd for your reference.

So kindly let me know to whom/where I have to contact for the same to get it clear.
