Reimbursement of Processing Fee

As Auto loan processing fee i had paid 16, 798 to Mahindra Finance. Due to the unfair trade practice i had to cancel this business with Mahindra Finance. Had submited the letter to Mahindra Finance on 27th Jan. I was informed that it would take 15 day to repay my money and still now no response from the sales executive who took money from me. Receipt # - 34163499.
