Collection or Goons Department?

Dear Sir,

This is second time I am on this board, Despite of RBI's Directives That, Not to engange goons or criminals for collection of their loans Mahindra Auto Finance in Nasik recently showed that How much they really care and abide Our Laws.

I have funded by the said finance company for my vehicle Wagon R LXi Duo bearing no. MH15 BX 5867to

I was a regular payer for 7 to 8 months but, Finance company ran out with my cheques and for next five months there was no EMI cut down from my bank account.

I myself went to companie's office at MUmbai Naka, Nasik and told them about this till that time I haven't recieved any legal notice from company.

Then I paid some dues and ask them to send me my Agreement copy and Loan AC number.but, I am yet to recieve one, Then suddenly last week Mr. Puranik the Barnch Manager along with Collection Exec. Yogesh Bhojane reached to my In laws place with some goons as they said that those were from collection agency named crocodile Agency near Donde pool, Untwadi, Nasik retained by them

These said gentelmen thretened my In laws then they went to my home and threatened my heart patient mother and pregnent wife.

I was out of town As soon as I called them and ask for clarification on of MR.Bhosale talked to me in very much abusive manner which as a proof, I recorde in my Mobile.

We really gone through Hell!

Would Please show me the way to tackle the matters like this with civilised manner?

Or this will go on forever despite of being in a Law abiding society?

Please Help.
