Due to non payment of my MLS money after expiry of my fathe

Sir, my father had purchased one mahindra max pikup on feb 16th and he expired on 1st june and after his expiry the financer are not paying my MLS money. Financer say that the loan will be cleared only in case of accidental case not in normal dead. They torcher us that if we do not pay the loan amount they will take away the vehicle.
