THEY HAVE A PRACTICE OF TRANSFERRING HOLIDAYS ABOVE 21 DAYS COLLECTED IN CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT TO LAPSE EVEN THE CUSTOMER HAS PAID ANNUAL MAINTAINENCE CHARGES FOR THE SAME.

MOST OF THE TIME THE HOLIDAYS ACCUMULATE ABOVE 21 DAYS BECAUSE ONE IS NOT ABLE TO AVAIL DESTINATION OF ONES CHOICE OR FOR THE PERIOD THE FINANCIAL POSITION IS UNSTABLE, OR THE PERSON IS UNABLE TO AVAIL THE SAME OWING SOME PHYSICAL INABILITY TO TRAVEL.
