Cheating... Great Cheate

Dear Sir,

My wife and me both are members of CLUB MAHINDRA (Membership No.:1426279). But from the day we visited their store at SAHARAGANJ MALL at Lucknow (on 14th Dec'2008) we are facing huge discripencies in their commitments. The first member is my wife and her name has become such famous that their offices at Lucknow, Sharaganj and even Chennai are refusing to attend phone calls. This is because they know that what they have done with our heard earned money. A seperate sheet is attached where I've pointed out main points which misguides us to join such a cheap company who commit somethings through some well dressed srude and cheap people in their office and after getting money refuses all the things my adding some never heard clause of terms and conditions. And after hearing all the matters later they only feel sorry, nothing else. One Mr. Bhaskar Pratap Singh and one Mr. Anshuman (as introduced by themselves..they may have some other names also to confuse people... anything can happen in CMHRIL) were there to motivate us for getting membership but later even refuses to talk to in the contact no given by them.

My pont is besides all thing as per your welcome leter and payment acknowledgement my 15%(i.e. Rs.38851/-) was received on 01/01 and according to your office my time for free holiday starts from that day. But whenever I asked for booking they refuses by saying either "this is not your season" or " you should get your kit and membership card first". When I get membership card in last week of Feb '09 Ihave been told that Ishould clear my dues first. Is this the way to behave (or cheat)? Now that I'm asking for my free air tickets it is told that it shoul have been claimed within 45 days. Now when you are issuing my membership certificate on 4th Feb and it is reaching us on Feb last that means that after 45days I am getting my card and all those Kits and I'm being compelled to give my EMIs before availing the "free" offers ("paid" offer actually). Don't you think that you guys are just cheating people and stealing one's heard earned money under the mask of the name "Mahindra". Your intention of cheating was clear from the begining as you didn't even take any PDC from me neither any bank accounts details and when I enquired, your office told me that it will be taken when I would have already availed the free offer of 7 days holiday. Now I am feeling that in no point your company is not less than a proffessional cheating company engaging some proffessional cheater and get paid for this. I want immediate action in this regard from your part with same enthusiasm as you shown whlie getting money from us.

I know that they will again feel sorry and a consolation phone call will come from your part again and everything will be silent. But this time I'm not going to accept this I want some serious steps against them to compensate me.

Points on which I think I’ve been cheated and this happened due to the misguiding commitments they, i.e. Mr Bhaskar and Mr Anshuman made on behalf of your company.

What I’ve been told by Bhaskar & Anshuman What I get actually

The membership fee is Rs.259009/- of which only 15% is required at the time of admission and rest is to be paid in EMIs of 12 to 60 nos. According to my choice. Moreover the EMIs are interest free. When I got the welcome letter, I found EMIs are with interest and when I contacted your office (the famous guys) I came to know that it was done by mistake and as because I didn’t give PDCs they charged interest.

After giving 15% amount within 7 days I asked Bhaskar to cancel the membership as I had got some health problem with my wife. He told me that it is possible only when I after getting my kit and membership id. Even they refused to tell the procedure and told me to wait until I get my membership kit. After receiving the kit when I approached for cancellation I came to know that it should have been cancelled within 10days.

We have been told that my EMIs will start only after availing the free offer of 7 days stay at any of your resort. For justifying the matter they didn’t even take PDCs from me. But when I want to book my free trip and asked for 4 air tickets (Jet airways) free they told me that I have to pay my due EMIs.

4 air tickets of Jet Airways were in our free offer which they told us that I can avail any time. But when I asked for ticket they just told to wait. Every time they noted the name, address destinations etc. but didn’t respond.

There are many more for which I have to spend one full day to let you know. My question is who will pay for this? What about my Rs.38851/- which I have already deposited? From Jan whenever we are trying for booking your office repeatedly refused by saying that it was not our season. Now when the stipulated 45 days are over you are telling me that I should have availed within 45 days and now I have to clear 5 months’ EMIs to get free offer. What a way to cheat people! Don’t you think that you should not cheat people’s hear earned money this way under the mask of a so called renowned company?
