We had been called for a presentation by Club Mahindra on 16.07.2008 after which we were told that we would be issued a guest certificate valid for a complimentary 2 nights/3 days stay for 2 adults and 2 children. We were told that the certificate would be sent to us in 10 days. But even after innumerable follow up, the Company has not sent us the voucher/certificate so far. Upon calling up the Company, they always give some excuse or other and promise to send the same immediately but the same has not yet been sent till date after 3 months. The certificate is valid only for a period of 6 months w.e.f. 16.07.2008 and 3 months out of which has already expired.
