Corporatisation of cheating

Several times their sales girl offering a three night free holiday gift may be given if I attend their office at Salt Lake of Kolkata and certainly with my wife. As my wife was not available I missed the first two times and the third time I accompanied my wife and visit their office.

The sales person shown a video presentation about the condition of room and other free facilities will available at all their resorts and when we wanted some time to decide the sales personnel offered us some free nights extra if we join at that moment. We did.

After a month, when we fixed to travel to Manali we contacted with MHRL but they could not booked the same in time and they took one and half month. That event leads to start suspect about their activity. If they are not able to give one and half month ago how they will give the same after 45 days.

In the mean time we paid nearly 38000, and we decided to cancel our membership and communicate the same to them. Firstly, they were trying to advice us not to cancel and finally they informed money once paid couldn’t be returned back. These things did not spell at the time of signing, but it is mentioned in their rulebook, after 10 days of signing money will not be refunded. The rulebook I got after a month of our signing.

How a corporate house can cheat like that. We, who have already cheated should take the responsibility to save other from this type of cheating.
