Advertisement of Mahindra Trax recently being shown on TV in which a man get down from the trax, help some people in lifting the goods and finally a woman is shown looking at him and hiding her mangal sutra.

The ad depicts that a married woman is attracted towards him so much that she is hiding her identity of being married. The shot is so close up that clearly shows mangal sutra. It is not the part of our culture.
