Defective parts and non cooperation by Mahindra

Sir,

I had purchased a mahindra xylo E8, from day one both front discs are emiiting a black carbon like residue which accumulates on the wheels, also when you hit the brake it produces such a loud screech which is unbearable. The clutch is so hard that after driving for 50 kms only u feel so tired. We had reported all these problems to M/s Koncept AutoMobiles from 1st service onwards but nothing was done, finally we had lodged a complaint on Mahindra customer care and Mr. Vivek Dixit from mahindra contacted us, but he also did not rectify the issue citing that the brake pads had worn out and we will have to pay for there replacement.

My care has just run 17000kms and they say that the brake pads have to be replaced. I am really dissapointed with the xylo and so called mahindra customer care.

So please help in taking this matter to the highest authority.
