Non-receipt coupens/vouchers of scheme

Sir,

I have subscribed for Mail Today (for two years) through cheque of amount Rs. 999/-(cheque no. 908658 dated 16.01.2009) but I have not received any coupen/vouchers and receipt of that whereas the amount has already been withdrawn from my account.

Therefore you are requested to send the same at the earliest.
