Harassment by Mail Today

I had subscribed to Mail Today in May and had given them a cheque of 250/ wide cheque number 415851 drawn on PNB, Dlhi which they promptly enchashed on 21/06/08.
Till date i haven't received any coupons for the newspaper and neither the gift which they had promised.
After repeated verbal complaints, they have given a complaint number 0307080201 but have not resolved the complaint even after repeated reminders.
