Poor Quality of Dress Materials

My Name is Philips Mathew, I had purchase a Punjabi Suit & Dress Materials Worth Rs.1250/- From Maitrini Cloth Shop, Gokhale Road, Naupada, Thane - 400 602 on 26/04 having Cash Memo Receipt No. 21343.

After almost one wash the materials trade came out, & i complaint the same to Owner of shop & given the material to the Owner, he kept the Dress for 1 week & he told that supplier said that because of swetting the trades came out,

I think this rubbish excuse & low quality of materials.

Pls suggest for the same & what action needs to taken against its.
