Pathetic Servicing Of Hero Honda Karizma Bike resulting to Engine Cease

Dear Sir,
I own Hero Honda Karizma Bike no MH43 M 7746.
I have been staying in bangalore for almost a 2 years now. I have been initially servicing my bike from Local mechanic. However, I once visited an hero honda showroom where they instructed me not to services from local mechanic. Its always better to get bike serviced from hero honda service centre. Hence, my office being at Basavangudi, I decided to get me bike serviced from Hero Honda Authorised dealer at MAJESTIC MOBIKES (P) Ltd, #125, "Majestic Plaza", R.V. Road. Bangalore- 560 004, (Between Lalbaug west gate and Minerva Circle) Tel: 2660 6025. 6026, 6030 TIN No. 29950051724.
I had serviced many times latest being 04/09/09, Bill No. MAJ13942 wherin I paid a bill of almost Rs.1208 which is fine with me. Later next servicing was done on 24/11/06, Bill no. MAJ20580. Bike was delivered on same day at 5.30pm. On the next day, 25/11/09 I observed lot of oil leaking from my Bike. this was told to me by one of my collegues in office when I parked my bike there.
Complaints:
1. Same day ie 27/11/09, I took my bike to Majestic Mobikes and complained the same. I was made to wait there of alomost an hour on my working day between 9.30 to 10.25 without being informed the problem in my bike. On getting frustrated and asking the Manager I was told it will take time, "you please come in an hour", I galdly said thanks and left.
2. Later I get a call that there is some problem in Engine, so they need to open the same and they wont be able to deliver the same day. It really annoyed me as servicing was done one day prior without detecting any issue. However, I agreed. Later, on the same evening, I received and SMS that bike is ready but since I had alraady arranged for the transport. I collected by Bike on 26/11/09 morning. Again, labour charges were included which on complaining to Manager were reduced from the bill.no. MAJ20810, charges was made for Gasket and Tension Lifter.
3. I used by bike on 27/11/09 & 28/11/09 wihout any problem. However, on 27th Morning ie Sunday. Bike refused to start. I had to drag it to local mechanic to see if there was any problem with my battery. On checking the oil, it was found that there is no oil and due to this the engine has ceased. I stay in Koramangla which is 15-16 kms from Service centre. I tried calling but no one picked up the call. I assumed it was closed.
This is solely carelessness on part of the Service Centre not to check the oil leakage on first instance and secondly not checkin if there is enough oil in bike after complaint. Resulting in Such a huge damage to my bike and such inconvenience to me. I would request required action against this centre on being so careless. Also, would request reimbursement of all expenses with regards to the damage to my bike.
I would be calling them tomorrow and also refer thsi complaint. Would need your help to take this forward
