Makemytrip/ bookinf of air tickets through travel agent makemytrip
Cancellation of my air ticket without my knowledge

I had book my air ticket from Makemytrip i called them on the toll free number on 20th and book to fly to Chennai on 24th morning 11.05 by Paramount. I planed as per schedule and reached the air port to board the plane and on the ticket varification counter i found the ticket was cancelled without my knowledge and i was told i cant travel. I have attached the copy below from makemytrip. I called up the call center and below is the detail invoice sent to me by makemytrip. I want to sue the company for the tension caused.
