Funds debited wrongly

I had booked a flight ticket from Make My Trip on the 1st of april. My booking id is FLT00003742764. I had contacted the All India helpline yesterday, the 15th of April. My funds were debitted twice and they clarified that it was not with makemytrip but with my banker. I have already sent a mail to service@makemytrip.com on 10th April and 11th April, with my bank statement attached, however till date there is no reply on it. Please help.
