Money not refunded after cancellation

There were flight tickets booked thorough makemytrip on indigo airlines in jan-09 for flights in feb-09.due to personal problems the ticket was cancelled at the airport counter.but as checked with indigo staff the amount 1550/- has to be returned by make mytrip.

severals mails and calls have been mailed but no response.
