No Refund after 6 months

Its been six months since we cancelled out tickets. MakeMyTrip did not refund them till now. I have been calling them every other week for a status updated and from six months they are telling me the same line 'We need to contact accounts department' - Will it take six months for them to contact their own accounts department???

I complaint needs to be filed on this company.
