Make My Trip
NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE

Dear Sir,

I have booked one package for Rs. 6, 616.90 on dated 03rd August with M/s. Make My Trip, after waiting two months I have enquired for the package then they intimated that the package has been delivered to me, but after verification it has come to know that the package has been delivered to other person instead of me. Official of M/s. Make My Trip assured me that action would be taken against courier service with intimation to me and a new package document would be sent to me. After again passage of one week I called them for new package then they intimated we are working on that and with a week you would get the package. Then I decided to cancel the deal because after passage of two months also they have not fulfilled the deal, I asked them to refund my money but then thereafter they sitted mum and no action from their side.

I want your interference in this matter please and arrange for my refund.
