Charged for train tickets and didn't get the tickets

Today (23-10) Morning I was trying to book my train tickets from coimbatore to chennai, after the transaction happened I got a blank page and I received the transaction number RAL6000266764 through mail and sms.

I checked with the bank, my CC was charged.

After many attempts calling the customer care number, I happened to speak to a CC.exec and he has no information of the transaction. He asked me to call after 2 hours. I called once again and there is no proper response. They put me hold and wait for me to disconnect the call.

Such a worst customer care I have never seen, I would never recommend anyone to use makemytrip.
