Refund of Money

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked a air ticket through makemytrip.com on 08/03 for Delhi Kochi sector. The result was a failure, but money was deducted form my account. I enquired about the incident and the makemytrip costumer service could not explain me how it happened and they assured me the amount will be refunded to my account in two working days. Today is 11/03 and the makemytrip people says that they have refunded the amount to the account and the bank people says that the refund has not taken place. The makemytrip people makes the people fools by puting a lower fare in the website as there is no such ticket available and making people go for wrong selection and loose their possession of money and give money to makemytrip for buisness.
