Tour package of kasmi

Dear Sir,

I have booked a online tour package of kasmir on 6.06.12 through makemytrip under my booking ID no. IN1206B03674 from 10.06.2012 to 15.06.2012 . In which we have paid Rs.39000/- for delux rooms. We have facing following problems in during my trip.

1. The booking of my 1st hotel on dt. 10.06.2012 is not confiming by make my trip team until unless start journey. I have make so many calls in roming to get the confirmation from them. In each call they have hold me on the line for half hours.

2. As per my teriff I ask to the delux rooms but I could not get it.

3. In thrid day When my booking in Hotel Isfan in Kasmir. But when we reached at Hotel Isfan. They have shifted to us in alocal hotel Butterfly.

4. We are every time asking the complaint in may my trip consumer toll free no. but they could not listen to me. Sir. Please help me in this regard and give the right justification to me.
