Dear sir /mam,

I purchased 2 Air tickets using makemytrip.com on 4th November. I booked 2 tickets from Varanasi to Hyderabad on 15th November. I entered all details like, Amount 15, 100.00, Persons name and address. In the mean time I opened another internet explorer and checked for flight available on 16th November. I didnt find any suitable flight so I continued with 15th Nov Flight. But to my surprise when I booked I got ticket on 16th date which was costs around 23000.00. I called several times to customer but they said they cant help in this regard and I need to cancel my ticket.

I lost my money as well as my time i.e. 1 day and extra expenses like hotel and food.

How can they release a site with such type of bugs. As per my knowledge they know the problem. If they know the issue why dont they mentioned their site.

Is it possible to file a case against MakeMytrip.com.
