Online ticket booking cancellation amount not refunded

I have booked the Air ticket from MakeMyTrip.com using my Credit Card, and then due some data entry problem in name i need to cancel those tickets and again i have booked the ticket with proper name.

Amount is alreasy been deducted from my credit card for both the Tickets but Cancelled ticked reimbursement is not yet gien. I have booked the ticket in Aug and till date i haven't received any positive reply, i want total amount reimbursement from company with HUGE penalty, so that they will do this again with any other customer.

Waiting for positive resolution for my ISSUE.
